Organic Timilia Casarecce
Homemade caserecce, made with organic Timilia ancient durum wheat semolina, grown on our farm. The pasta making is carried out by skilled local artisans with whom we have been collaborating for many years. The production process, which combines tradition and innovative technologies, with bronze drawing and very slow drying, gives the pasta the right roughness, excellent cooking resistance and superior organoleptic characteristics.
