Our love for the soil made us olive grower and authentic farmers, enthusiasts and aware of Tuscan traditions, but especially it made us champions of QUALITY.
Our company first goal is to guarantee high quality standards during all the productive process, which starts with the soil cultivation, proceeds with the retaining of raw materials, and it ends with the processing of the product, to arrive on your home table. Every day we are committed to gather from our fields high quality, tasty and healthy products. For this, we have obtained by September 2020 the certification of organic cultivation.
In line with this goal we don't accept compromises. We intend to maintain untouched the craftsmanship and the naturalness of our extra virgin oil. We produce our EVOOs following the peculiarity of the harvest. For this reason not every year the quantity of oil is equal with the previous one, the olives production is due to the natural climate trend of the year.
Our lines of EVOOs, pasta and flours (Senatore Cappelli, Timilia, Verna) arise from this constant commitment to preserve quality, nature and tradition.
