Organic Senatore Cappelli ancient durum wheat flour, grown on our farm and stone ground.
It has an aromatic and persistent taste, like that of wood-fired bread. It is particularly suitable for preparing a very digestible home-made pasta that is always al dente. It can also be used to knead pizzas and focaccias, but only if you have time to let it rise slowly.
